So for the first time in months, I'm actually drawing something that isn't a comic. Or a cover for a comic. It's a crazy world, man.

In other news, last week I graduated from the second year at Malmö Comic School. Now I'm unemployed and not sure what to do with my life. Yaay! :D

It's exhibition time... again! :D And some other shit! :D

Today was the vernissage for Malmö Comic School's annual exhibition. (Which is mostly the first graders' thing, but we second and third graders got a small part of our own.) It's at the actual Comic School, at Friisgatan 15 in Malmö, on the 4th floor. It will be open:
Saturday - Sunday: 11-17
Monday - Wednesday: 11-18
So yeah, everyone who lives close by should totally go and check it out. It's totes rad and stuff. ;D

Also, I totally forgot to update with this, but earlier this week we got our yearbook. It's also totes rad. And it's handed out for free, so everyone should totally get their hands on one before they run out! ;D

Oh, btw, have I mentioned that I suck at updating? Because I totally suck at updating. Last weekend I was at Carlstad Comic Con; selling fanzines and seducing poor unsuspecting boys and girls. None of the other members of Ponnyklubben could make it, but my sister was nice enough to keep me company for the entire weekend. And, since Karlstad is just an hour away from my hometown, I spent the night at my mom's place. Which was really nice and stuff.

Will be printing this one within the next few days. :D

You know how sometimes you feel like you don't improve at all. Then all of a sudden you find a drawing from a couple of years ago and realise... Holy crap, I've improved a lot!

2008 vs 2012
Four years and I'm still drawing giant flying earthworms. Look at my life, look at my choices.

So the local newspaper, Skånska Dagbladet, wrote an article about our exhibition.
Which of course misquoted me and made me sound like a complete idiot, haha. Though not as much  as they made themselves sound like idiots. Some highlights included:
* Explaining to the reader that illustrations, unlike comics, have no speech bubbles.
* Referring to my 50+ page comic as "one comic panel".
* Referring to my name as my alias.
Hoooo boy...

Another newspaper, Ystads Allehanda, also had an article about us, but thankfully this one didn't try to quote me.

It's exhibition time!

Me and the rest of the 2nd and 3rd graders at Malmö Comic School are having an exhibition at Sjöbo Art Gallery. The exhibition is called Do it Yourself and has a fanzine theme. The vernissage is tomorrow at 12.00 - 15.00 and the exhibition will last until June 8th. So everyone who's got the chance should totally stop by and have a look! :D

Back from SPX! All in all, we sold pretty well.
Our Hitler postcard seemed to be the bestseller...
